New Jersey High School Basketball - Sussex County Tech knocked off by South Hunterdon
January 30, 2013: Lambertville, NJ 08530 The South Hunterdon Eagles basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Sussex County Tech to 42 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bound Brook for a Skyland - Valley contest on Thursday, January 31. South Hunterdon will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 72-42 non-league win over Timothy Christian (Piscataway, NJ). The Crusaders record now stands at 15-1.
The (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Boonton (Boonton, NJ). The Bombers enter the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Boonton was defeated by Kinnelon (Kinnelon, NJ), 78-67, in a league contest.
