Colorado High School Basketball - Harrison ripped by Widefield

The Widefield Gladiators basketball team scored 87 points and held the visiting Harrison Panthers to 55 in the Gladiators league triumph on Saturday.

The Gladiators now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mesa Ridge for a 4A Colorado Springs Metro contest on Tuesday, February 7. Widefield will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 46-42 league loss to Woodland Park (Woodland Park, CO). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-15.

The Panthers (7-12) will now prepare for their contest against Wasson (Colorado Springs, CO). The Thunderbirds enter the 4A Colorado Springs Metro contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Wasson was routed by Sand Creek (Colorado Springs, CO), 50-45, in a league contest.
