Kentucky High School Basketball - Paducah Tilghman knocked off by Cahokia
December 28, 2009: Paducah, KY 42003 In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Cahokia Comanches basketball team scored a good 60-44 triumph over the Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado.
In their next game, the Comanches confront the Alton Redbirds (Alton, IL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 29. Cahokia will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Redbirds enter the match with a 5-3 record after their 71-61 league loss to Collinsville (Collinsville, IL).
With the defeat, Paducah Tilghman moves to 5-3 on the year. The Blue tornado travel to Lone Oak (Paducah, KY) to confront the Purple Flash in a District 2 match on Saturday, January 2. The Purple Flash enter the match with a record of 3-5. Lone Oak lost 50-39 in their recent non-league match against Lyon County (Eddyville, KY)
