October 1, 2010: Jefferson City, MO 65101 The Versailles Tigers football team (Versailles, MO), was beaten 32-8 in Friday's league challenge with the host Blair Oaks Falcons (Jefferson City, MO)
The Falcons (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Eldon (Eldon, MO). The Mustangs come into the Tri-County challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Eldon was beaten by Warsaw (Warsaw, MO), 40-30, in a league challenge.
The Tigers now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Clinton for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 8. Versailles will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 27-14 league loss to Warrensburg (Warrensburg, MO). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-4.
