Maryland High School Basketball - Annapolis Area Christian thwarts St. Mary's
January 3, 2011: Annapolis, MD 21401 The Annapolis Area Christian Eagles (Severn, MD) basketball felled the host St. Mary's Saints (Annapolis, MD), 69-54 in Monday's league test.
The Eagles (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Friends (Baltimore, MD). The Quakers go into the MIAA B test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Friends defeated Boys Latin (Baltimore, MD), 53-46, in a league test.
The Saints now own a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Boys Latin for a MIAA B test on Wednesday, January 5. St. Mary's will clash with a Lakers squad coming off a 53-46 league loss to Friends (Baltimore, MD). The Lakers record now stands at 3-7.
