Louisiana High School Football - De La Salle topples McMain
October 11, 2013: New Orleans, LA 70115 The De La Salle Cavaliers (New Orleans, LA) football defeated the visiting McMain Mustangs (New Orleans, LA), 14-6 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Cavaliers face the St. Charles Catholic Comets (LaPlace, LA) in a 3A District 11 bout, on Friday, October 18. De La Salle will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Comets enter the bout with a 3-3 record after their 46-13 league loss to Curtis (River Ridge, LA).
The Mustangs (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Lusher (New Orleans, LA). The Lions enter the 3A District 11 bout with a 5-2 record. In their last bout, Lusher defeated Franklin (New Orleans, LA), 46-0, in a non-league bout.
