Minnesota High School Basketball - Rushford-Peterson fells Houston
January 8, 2019: Rushford, MN 55971 Rushford-Peterson Trojans (Rushford, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Houston Hurricanes (Houston, MN), 58-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Rushford-Peterson upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Trojans host Southland (Adams, MN) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league bout on Friday, January 11. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 4-9. Southland lost 55-46 in their recent non-league bout against Grand Meadow (Grand Meadow, MN)
Next up, the Hurricanes clash with the Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms (Blooming Prairie, MN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 14. Houston will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Awesome Blossoms go into the bout with a 9-2 record after their 68-39 league win over Medford (Medford, MN).
