Washington High School Basketball - O'Dea knocked off by Bishop O'Dowd
December 26, 2013: Seattle, WA 98104 The Bishop O'Dowd Dragons basketball team scored 68 points and held the host O'Dea Fighting Irish to 52 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Dragons now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sierra Canyon for a non-league contest on Friday, December 27. Bishop O'Dowd will battle a Trailblazers team coming off a 56-46 non-league win over Faith Baptist Christian Academy (Ludowici, GA). The Trailblazers record now stands at 11-0.
The Fighting Irish (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Augustine (San Diego, CA). The Saints enter the non-league contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, St. Augustine ran past Newark Memorial (Newark, CA), 62-45, in a non-league contest.
