December 7, 2017: Bayard, NM 88023 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Dexter Demons (Dexter, NM) and the host Cobre Indians (Bayard, NM), saw Dexter's basketball squad overcome Cobre by a tally of 42-33.
With the victory, Dexter improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Demons travel to Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Ruidoso won 51-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Eunice (Eunice, NM)
Next up, the Indians confront the Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 8. Cobre will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 51-44 non-league loss to Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM).
