New Jersey High School Football - Piscataway beat Monroe Township
September 19, 2014: Monroe Township, NJ 08831 The Piscataway Chiefs football squad scored 24 points and held the host Monroe Township Falcons to 14 in the Chiefs league triumph on Friday.
The Chiefs (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Edison (Edison, NJ). The Eagles come into the Greater Middlesex - Red challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Edison was beaten by Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ), 41-7, in a league challenge.
The Falcons now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to J.P. Stevens for a Greater Middlesex - Red challenge on Saturday, September 27. Monroe Township will meet a Hawks team coming off a 46-20 league loss to South Brunswick (Monmouth Junction, NJ). The Hawks record now stands at 0-2.
