In Friday's non-league game, the Boonsboro Warriors (Boonsboro, MD) football team smashed the visiting Spring Mills Cardinals (Martinsburg, WV), by a final score of 47-12.

The Warriors (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Allegany (Cumberland, MD). The Campers come into the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Allegany overwhelmed Silver Oak Academy (Keymar, MD), 49-6, in a league game.

The Cardinals now hold a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Jefferson for a Eastern Panhandle game on Friday, October 5. Spring Mills will battle a Cougars team coming off a 31-24 non-league loss to Keyser (Keyser, WV). The Cougars record now stands at 0-5.
