New Jersey High School Football - Washington Township drops to Kingsway
October 18, 2014: Sewell, NJ 08080 In Saturday's non-league game, the Kingsway Dragons (Woolwich Township, NJ) football team knocked off the host Washington Township Minutemen (Sewell, NJ), by a score of 30-7.
The Dragons (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Pennsauken (Pennsauken, NJ). The Indians come into the West Jersey - National game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Pennsauken was knocked off by Delsea (Franklinville, NJ), 42-13, in a league game.
The Minutemen now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cherry Hill East for a West Jersey - American game on Saturday, October 25. Washington Township will battle a Cougars team coming off a 41-28 non-league win over Seneca (Tabernacle, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 1-4.
