The Abraham Lincoln Rail Splitters basketball team (Philadelphia, PA), was nudged 69-66 in Friday's league battle with the host Episcopal Academy Churchmen (Newtown Square, PA)

The Churchmen now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Archbishop Ryan for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 27. Episcopal Academy will battle a Raiders team coming off a 62-58 non-league loss to Cheltenham (Wyncote, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-4.

The Rail Splitters (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Central Bucks South (Warrington, PA). The Titans come into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Central Bucks South edged Pennridge (Perkasie, PA), 67-59, in a league battle.
