West Virginia High School Football - Morgantown topples Linsly

September 21, 2018: Morgantown, WV 26501

The Morgantown Mohigans (Morgantown, WV) football defeated the visiting Linsly Cadets (Wheeling, WV), 37-28 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Mohigans face the Musselman Applemen (Inwood, WV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 28. Morgantown will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Applemen enter the bout with a 4-0 record after their 61-28 non-league win over Princeton (Princeton, WV).

The Cadets (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Wheeling Central Catholic (Wheeling, WV). The Maroon Knights enter the non-league bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, Wheeling Central Catholic defeated Fayetteville (Fayetteville, WV), 33-0, in a non-league bout.
