Kansas High School Basketball - Northern Heights overwhelmed by St. Marys
December 5, 2017: St. Marys, KS 66536 The St. Marys Bears basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Northern Heights Wildcats to 34 in the Bears non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bears now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mission Valley for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. St. Marys will battle a Vikings team coming off a 64-27 non-league loss to Olpe (Olpe, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 1-1.
The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mission Valley (Eskridge, KS). The Vikings come into the Flint Hills contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Mission Valley was routed by St. Marys (St. Marys, KS), 51-32, in a non-league contest.
