October 3, 2008: Frisco, TX 75035 The Centennial Titans (Frisco, TX) football defeated the visiting Wakeland Wolverines (Frisco, TX), 32-24 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Titans face the Sherman Bearcats (Sherman, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 10. Centennial will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Bearcats enter the bout with a 4-1 record after their 63-24 league win over McKinney North (McKinney, TX).
The Wolverines (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Denison (Denison, TX). The Yellowjackets enter the 4A Region II District 9 bout with a 5-0 record. In their last bout, Denison defeated McKinney (McKinney, TX), 65-64, in a league bout.
