August 26, 2006: Mooseheart, IL 60539 The Mooseheart Red Ramblers toppled the visiting Hoopeston Cornjerkers football squad by a final score of 41-20 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Red Ramblers now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Luther South for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 2. Mooseheart will confront a Braves squad coming off a 29-0 non-league loss to Our Lady of the Lakes (Waterford, MI). The Braves record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Hoopeston moves to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cornjerkers travel to Watseka (Watseka, IL) to confront the Warriors in a non-league outing on Friday, September 1. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Watseka lost 32-6 in their recent non-league outing against Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL)
