North Carolina High School Softball - Jack Britt bounces Hoke County
April 13, 2018: Raeford, NC 28376 Spectators at Friday's league match between the Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC) and the host Hoke County Bucks (Raeford, NC), witnessed Jack Britt's softball squad tip Hoke County by a count of 6-2.
The Buccaneers now sport a 11-4 record. They play next when they host Pine Forest for a non-league match on Monday, April 16. Jack Britt will face a Trojans squad coming off a 13-8 league win over South View (Hope Mills, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 8-6.
With the loss, Hoke County moves to 11-6 on the season. The Bucks host Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC) to face the Rams in a Sandhills 4A match on Tuesday, April 17. The Rams go into the match with a record of 12-4. Purnell Swett won 25-0 in their recent league match against Seventy-First (Fayetteville, NC)
