North Carolina High School Basketball - Northern Nash overwhelms Nash Central

February 6, 2015: Rocky Mount, NC 27804

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Northern Nash Knights (Rocky Mount, NC) and the visiting Nash Central Bulldogs (Nashville, NC), saw Northern Nash's basketball squad wallop Nash Central by a tally of 60-37.

With the victory, Northern Nash improves its record to 19-0 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Fike (Wilson, NC) to play the Demons in a 3A Big East challenge on Tuesday, February 10. The Demons come into the challenge with a record of 9-11. Fike lost 62-35 in their recent league challenge against Rocky Mount (Rocky Mount, NC)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Hunt Warriors (Wilson, NC) in a 3A Big East challenge, on Tuesday, February 10. Nash Central will attempt to improve on its 11-11 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 16-5 record after their 59-25 league win over Southern Nash (Bailey, NC).
