The crowd at Friday's league contest between the South Fork/Edinburg/Morrisonville Ponies (Kincaid, IL) and the host Mt. Olive Wildcats (Mt. Olive, IL), observed South Fork/Edinburg/Morrisonville's football squad defeat Mt. Olive by a count of 12-0.

The Ponies now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Nokomis/Ramsey for a Prairie State contest on Friday, October 10. South Fork/Edinburg/Morrisonville will encounter a Redskins squad coming off a 49-27 league win over Bunker Hill (Bunker Hill, IL). The Redskins record now stands at 3-3.
