September 23, 2016: Johnstown, PA 15904 In Friday's league game, the Greater Johnstown Trojans (Johnstown, PA) football team knocked off the host Richland Rams (Johnstown, PA), by a final score of 43-12.
The Trojans (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Somerset (Somerset, PA). The Eagles come into the Laurel Highlands game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Somerset was dropped by Westmont Hilltop (Johnstown, PA), 34-7, in a league game.
The Rams now hold a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop McCort for a Laurel Highlands game on Friday, September 30. Richland will battle a Crushers team coming off a 42-0 league win over Bedford (Bedford, PA). The Crushers record now stands at 4-1.
