Alabama High School Football - Chilton County sneaks past Central

September 14, 2018: Tuscaloosa, AL 35401

The Chilton County Tigers (Clanton, AL) football edged the host Central Falcons (Tuscaloosa, AL), 29-26 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Jemison Panthers (Jemison, AL) in a 5A Region 3 bout, on Friday, September 21. Chilton County will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 0-4 record after their 64-41 non-league loss to Montevallo (Montevallo, AL).

The Falcons (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Bibb County (Centreville, AL). The Choctaws enter the 5A Region 3 bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Bibb County nudged Shelby County (Columbiana, AL), 30-24, in a league bout.
