November 4, 2016: Melbourne, FL 32901 The First Baptist Academy Lions football team (Naples, FL), was beaten 37-14 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers (Melbourne, FL)
The Hustlers (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Cardinal Mooney achieved victory over Bayshore (Bradenton, FL), 27-2, in a non-league challenge.
The Lions now sport a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Village Academy for a non-league challenge on Friday, November 11. First Baptist Academy will meet a Tigers team coming off a 28-12 non-league loss to Olympic Heights (Boca Raton, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 3-7.
