The Symmes Valley Vikings thwarted the host Manchester Greyhounds football team by a count of 47-22 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Symmes Valley upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Vikings host Northwest (McDermott, OH) to face the Mohawks in a non-league bout on Friday, September 23. The Mohawks enter the bout with a record of 3-1. Northwest won 23-20 in their recent non-league bout against Notre Dame (Portsmouth, OH)
