Fort Bend Kempner Cougars (Sugar Land, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Alief Taylor Lions (Houston, TX), 64-53 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Fort Bend Kempner upgrades its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Klein Oak (Spring, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 7. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 3-7.
