Laguna Creek Cardinals (Elk Grove, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting Davis Spartans (Modesto, CA), 74-57 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Laguna Creek upgrades its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA) to play the Thundering Herd in a Delta Valley bout on Wednesday, January 12. The Thundering Herd come into the bout with a record of 2-11.
