New York High School Basketball - Sanford crushes Brooklyn Community Arts & Media
January 16, 2017: Brooklyn, NY 11205 Sanford Warriors (Hockessin, DE) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Brooklyn Community Arts & Media Lions (Brooklyn, NY), 72-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Sanford upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Warriors travel to Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE) to play the Hillers in a Independent Schools bout on Friday, January 20. The Hillers go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Tower Hill lost 48-26 in their recent non-league bout against William Penn (New Castle, DE)
Next up, the Lions play the Summit Academy Eagles (Brooklyn, NY) in a PSAL Brooklyn A East I bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Brooklyn Community Arts & Media will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
