In Thursday's league outing, the Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA) basketball squad edged the visiting Mt. Union Trojans (Mt. Union, PA), by a margin of 49-42.

The Black Knights/Damsels (6-10) will now prepare for their outing against Glendale (Flinton, PA). The Vikings enter the Moshannon Valley match with a 9-7 record. In their last match, Glendale tipped West Branch (Morrisdale, PA), 64-41, in a league match.
