The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the First Baptist Saints (Dallas, TX) and the host Covenant Christian Cougars (Colleyville, TX), observed First Baptist's football squad bounce Covenant Christian by a count of 68-14.

The Saints now own a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Temple Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, September 13.

Coming up next, the Cougars play the Sacred Heart Tigers (Muenster, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 6. Covenant Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
