Wisconsin High School Basketball - Marshall trounces Ashland
December 16, 2017: Ashland, WI 54806 The Marshall Hilltoppers (Duluth, MN) basketball crushed the host Ashland Oredockers (Ashland, WI), 55-31 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Hilltoppers (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Cherry (Iron, MN). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Cherry walloped Deer River (Deer River, MN), 67-65, in a non-league test.
The Oredockers now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they host Northland Pines for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 19. Ashland will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 69-47 league loss to Rhinelander (Rhinelander, WI). The Eagles record now stands at 3-4.
