September 12, 2008: West Valley City, UT 84120 In Friday's non-league contest, the Cottonwood Colts (Salt Lake City, UT) volleyball squad edged the host Hunter Wolverines (West Valley City, UT), by a margin of 2-1.
Next up, the Colts battle the Lone Peak Knights (Highland, UT) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 13. Cottonwood will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 7-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Viewmont (Bountiful, UT).
With the loss, Hunter drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Bingham (South Jordan, UT) to battle the Miners in a 5A Region 3 contest on Tuesday, September 16. The Miners come into the contest with a record of 3-1. Bingham won 3-0 in their recent league contest against West Jordan (West Jordan, UT)
