Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - South Fayette drops to Moon Area

April 25, 2019: Moon Township, PA 15108

In Thursday's league test, the host Moon Area Tigers lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-6 victory over the South Fayette Lions.

The Tigers now have a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Catholic for a non-league match on Saturday, April 27. Moon Area will play a Trojans team coming off a 11-8 non-league loss to Greensburg Central Catholic (Greensburg, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 2-8.

The Lions (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 12-1 record. In their last match, Pine-Richland nudged Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA), 7-6, in a league match.
