Louisiana High School Basketball - Edna Karr nips East Jefferson
December 10, 2016: New Orleans, LA 70131 Edna Karr Cougars (New Orleans, LA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting East Jefferson Warriors (Metairie, LA), 46-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Edna Karr upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Cougars travel to Cox (Harvey, LA) to play the in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Cox lost 63-61 in their recent non-league bout against De La Salle (New Orleans, LA)
Next up, the Warriors play the Easton Eagles (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. East Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 60-57 non-league win over Riverdale (Jefferson, LA).
