Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Cypress Ranch Mustangs (Houston, TX) and the host Cy-Ridge Rams (Houston, TX), saw Cypress Ranch's basketball squad knock off Cy-Ridge by a count of 77-65.

With the victory, Cypress Ranch upgrades its record to 15-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Cypress Falls (Houston, TX) to play the Eagles in a 6A Region III District 17 challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 19-3. Cypress Falls won 72-61 in their recent league challenge against Cypress Creek (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Rams play the Jersey Village Falcons (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region III District 17 challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Cy-Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 10-14 season record.
