Moulton Bobkatz (Moulton, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host High Island Cardinals (High Island, TX), 19-14 in a non-league challenge.

The Bobkatz now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host D'Hanis for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 26. Moulton will face a Cowboys squad coming off a 23-9 non-league win over Medina (Medina, TX). The Cowboys record now stands at 9-13.

With the loss, High Island falls to 4-17 on the campaign.
