The Findlay Prep Pilot basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Thurgood Marshall Cougars to 39 in the Pilot non-league victory on Friday.

With the win, Findlay Prep upgrades its record to 15-1 on the season. The Pilot travel to Simeon (Chicago, IL) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Monday, January 16. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 14-0. Simeon won 57-44 in their recent league bout against Morgan Park (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Cougars play the Meadowdale Lions (Dayton, OH) in a Dayton Public bout, on Friday, January 20. Thurgood Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 9-3 record after their 94-70 league loss to Dunbar (Dayton, OH).
