The Temple Wildcats basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Killeen Kangaroos to 62 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waco for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 26. Temple will confront a Lions team coming off a 72-55 non-league win over Belton (Belton, TX). The Lions record now stands at 2-1.

The Kangaroos (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Harker Heights (Harker Heights, TX). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Harker Heights was nudged by Austin LBJ (Austin, TX), 62-53, in a non-league contest.
