Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO) and the host Smoky Hill Buffaloes (Aurora, CO), saw Chaparral's basketball squad overcome Smoky Hill by a score of 79-68.

With the victory, Chaparral improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Thomas Jefferson lost 68-55 in their recent non-league challenge against ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO)

Next up, the Buffaloes play the George Washington Patriots (Denver, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 14. Smoky Hill will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record.
