Texas High School Basketball - Liberty Christian prevails Ryan
December 3, 2011: Argyle, TX 76226 Liberty Christian Warriors (Argyle, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Ryan Raiders (Denton, TX), 62-54 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Liberty Christian upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Warriors travel to Nolan Catholic (Fort Worth, TX) to encounter the Vikings in a TAPPS 5A District 1 bout on Friday, December 16. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 8-2.
Next up, the Raiders encounter the Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Ryan will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record.
