With the victory, Walnut improves its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Bonita (La Verne, CA) to play the Bearcats in a Hacienda challenge on Wednesday, January 18. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 14-4. Bonita won 60-30 in their recent league challenge against Los Altos (Hacienda Heights, CA)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Big Bear Bears (Big Bear City, CA) in a De Anza challenge, on Wednesday, January 18. Twentynine Palms will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 13-2 record after their 81-53 non-league loss to St. Margaret's (San Juan Capistrano, CA).
