In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Montgomery County Indians basketball team scored a decisive 95-65 triumph over the Augusta Panthers.

In their next game, the Indians encounter the Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 7. Montgomery County will attempt to advance on its 22-4 season record. The Wildcats go into the test with a 9-17 record after their 66-59 non-league win over Elliott County (Sandy Hook, KY).
