New Mexico High School Basketball - Albuquerque Academy knocked off by Cleveland
December 8, 2016: Rio Rancho, NM 87144 The Cleveland Storm basketball team scored 35 points and held the visiting Albuquerque Academy Chargers to 20 in the Storm non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Storm now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Los Lunas for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Cleveland will battle a Tigers team coming off a 76-7 non-league win over Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 4-1.
The Chargers (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Bernalillo was defeated by Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM), 76-7, in a non-league contest.
