South Dakota High School Volleyball - Tri-Valley over Vermillion

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD) and the host Vermillion Tanagers (Vermillion, SD), saw Tri-Valley's volleyball squad beat Vermillion by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Tri-Valley upgrades its record to 4-2 on the year. The Mustangs host Beresford (Beresford, SD) to play the Watchdogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 11. The Watchdogs go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Beresford won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Parker (Parker, SD)

The Tanagers now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Madison for a A Region 2 bout on Tuesday, September 11. Vermillion will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Northwestern Area (Mellette, SD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.
