September 3, 2011: St. Peters, MO 63376 The Mt. Assisi Academy Eagles volleyball team (Lemont, IL), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Lutheran Cougars (St. Peters, MO)
The Cougars (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Dominic (O'Fallon, MO). The Crusaders enter the AAA challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, St. Dominic defeated St. Francis Borgia (Washington, MO), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 6. Mt. Assisi Academy will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The come into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL).
