The Covington Latin Trojans topped the host Holmes Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Trojans now have a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, October 6. Covington Latin will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 7-9.

The Bulldogs (2-19) will now prepare for their test against Newport (Newport, KY). The Wildcats enter the non-league test with a 3-22 record. In their last test, Newport was knocked off by Bellevue (Bellevue, KY), 2-0, in a league contest.
