Georgia High School Basketball - Clinch County trounces Pierce County
December 20, 2018: Blackshear, GA 31516 The Clinch County Panthers (Homerville, GA) basketball crushed the host Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA), 57-35 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Panthers (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Greenville (Greenville, GA). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 11-1 record. In their last test, Greenville walloped Pelham (Pelham, GA), 76-47, in a non-league test.
The Bears now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Glynn Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, December 27. Pierce County will encounter a Terrors squad coming off a 49-46 non-league win over Beach (Savannah, GA). The Terrors record now stands at 12-1.
