The Independence Patriots (Glendale, AZ) soccer the visiting Verrado Vipers (Buckeye, AZ), 4-1 in Tuesday's league bout.

With the win, Independence moves its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Agua Fria (Avondale, AZ) to battle the Owls in a 5A Desert West bout on Thursday, January 31.
