Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host North Cross Raiders (Roanoke, VA), 8-6 in a league battle.

The Barons now own a 15-2 record.

In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) in a Virginia Independent battle, on Monday, May 7. North Cross will attempt to advance on its 11-2 season record. The Bishops come into the battle with a 7-5 record after their 18-7 league win over Covenant (Charlottesville, VA).
