Missouri High School Baseball - Prairie Home loses to Smithton
March 25, 2019: Smithton, MO 65350 The Smithton Tigers baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Prairie Home Panthers to 3 in the Tigers non-league victory on Monday.
The Tigers (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Northwest (Hughesville, MO). The Mustangs go into the Class 1 District 10 match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Northwest gained a win over Sacred Heart (Sedalia, MO), 11-4, in a non-league match.
The Panthers (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Pilot Grove (Pilot Grove, MO). The Tigers go into the Class 1 District 11 match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Pilot Grove was overwhelmed by Sturgeon (Sturgeon, MO), 4-2, in a non-league match.
