Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Canyon Cowboys (Canyon Country, CA) and the host Malibu Sharks (Malibu, CA), saw Canyon's basketball squad trounce Malibu by a score of 66-23.

With the victory, Canyon improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to Oak Park (Oak Park, CA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 30. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-4. Oak Park won 74-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA)

Next up, the Sharks battle the Santa Paula Cardinals (Santa Paula, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 30. Malibu will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record.
